During this April Ricard Pié is staying at the School of Architecture at Auburn University (Alabama, USA) as a visiting professor. Among several activities, he has participated in the Rural Studio. The Rural Studio is an undergraduate program of the School of Architecture at Auburn University. It has been in Hale County for 17 years. This program is committed to the people and the place and they take long–term responsibility for the work they do. Every project has been designed and built by students 18-24 years old and was paid for by donations and grants. The Rural Studio offers a positive critique of how this School of Architecture teaches, procures, and makes architecture. More info at http://ruralstudioblogs.org/
